As the Managing Director of Cavallini Construction Limited, Mr. Bidemi Olobayo provides strategic, operational management plan which ensure successful project delivery. He leads a highly engaged, multi-disciplined team. Taking full responsibility for delivery of the construction phases, Maintains high safety standards, Delivering projects to programme, Manages and motivates our skilled team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Ground workers, Procurement Department, Quantity Surveyors, Town Planners, CAD Designers, Mechanical and Electrical Contract Managers and Project Co-ordinator, Engages and motivates the team to achieve process and programme improvements, Supports commercial teams with sub-contractors and other parties, Drives quality and process improvement, Ensures insurers, funders, Clients and Building Inspectors are fully satisfied, Identify future resource requirements and recruit appropriately.

He has a Masters Degree (MBA) in Construction Management from prestigious Imo State University, Owerri, 2011. He is a registered member of Council of registered builders of Nigeria (CORBON), also a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB).

Mr Bidemi Olobayo has a total of 31 years experience in the Construction Industry. Prior to establishing his own company Cavallini Construction Limited in 2011, he worked for one of the leading construction companies in Nigeria, Godab Nigeria Limited between 1990 to 2014, right from his days in Kwara State Polytechnic. Shahid Mehmood is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a career spanning over 18 years in diverse construction and infrastructure projects across multiple countries, including Pakistan, Liberia, Lesotho, and Nigeria. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar and has demonstrated expertise in project management, site supervision, and technical coordination. Shahid is skilled in planning, budgeting, and executing projects while ensuring compliance with international standards such as FIDIC, AASHTO, and BS. His ability to manage large-scale projects, from roads and highways to residential and institutional buildings, highlights his adaptability and leadership in the field.

Shahid is a dedicated professional with a strong focus on quality control, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery. His multilingual abilities (English, Urdu, Pashto) and cross-cultural experience enable him to work effectively in international environments. With a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving, Shahid aims to contribute his technical and managerial skills to dynamic engineering challenges while fostering career growth and innovation.

Sialkot Motorway (Wahndo Interchange), Pakistan (2023–Present)

Role: Project Manager

Managed the construction of a 16 km motorway interchange, overseeing scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance.

Johnsonville to White Plain & Mount Barclay Roads, Liberia (2022–2023)

Role: Project Manager

Led the construction of two road projects (12 km and 6 km), ensuring compliance with design specifications and timely completion.

Ha-Tikoe Phase 3 Infrastructure, Lesotho (2019–2021)

Role: Site Agent

Supervised infrastructure development and factory shell construction, focusing on resource management and safety standards.

Primary School & High School Buildings, Pakistan (2015–2019)

Role: Project Manager

Directed the construction of educational facilities in Swabi and residential apartments in Rawalpindi, handling budgets and client liaisons.

Dual Carriage Way Road, Nigeria (2012–2014)

Oversaw the 10.5 km road construction, resolving design issues and ensuring adherence to COLTO standards.
