As the Managing Director of Cavallini Construction Limited, Mr. Bidemi Olobayo provides strategic, operational management plan which ensure successful project delivery. He leads a highly engaged, multi-disciplined team. Taking full responsibility for delivery of the construction phases, Maintains high safety standards, Delivering projects to programme, Manages and motivates our skilled team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Ground workers, Procurement Department, Quantity Surveyors, Town Planners, CAD Designers, Mechanical and Electrical Contract Managers and Project Co-ordinator, Engages and motivates the team to achieve process and programme improvements, Supports commercial teams with sub-contractors and other parties, Drives quality and process improvement, Ensures insurers, funders, Clients and Building Inspectors are fully satisfied, Identify future resource requirements and recruit appropriately.
He has a Masters Degree (MBA) in Construction Management from prestigious Imo State University, Owerri, 2011. He is a registered member of Council of registered builders of Nigeria (CORBON), also a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB).
Mr Bidemi Olobayo has a total of 31 years experience in the Construction Industry. Prior to establishing his own company Cavallini Construction Limited in 2011, he worked for one of the leading construction companies in Nigeria, Godab Nigeria Limited between 1990 to 2014, right from his days in Kwara State Polytechnic. Shahid Mehmood is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a career spanning over 18 years in diverse construction and infrastructure projects across multiple countries, including Pakistan, Liberia, Lesotho, and Nigeria. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar and has demonstrated expertise in project management, site supervision, and technical coordination. Shahid is skilled in planning, budgeting, and executing projects while ensuring compliance with international standards such as FIDIC, AASHTO, and BS. His ability to manage large-scale projects, from roads and highways to residential and institutional buildings, highlights his adaptability and leadership in the field.
